Sauna evenings – Sauna Battles and Nights
These are periodical events, which are a real treat for amateurs of the art of the sauna. During the events, the sauna takes the form of a spectacle which is a combination of music, flavours, often theatre, characterisation and sauna games.
Among the sessions that appear during Sauna Evenings, we can find the following types:
- RUSSIAN BATHHOUSE:
During this session which originates from beyond our Eastern border, birch, oak or eucalyptus switches are used to increases humidity in the dry sauna significantly. They are used to flog the customers delicately. This ritual is accompanied by thematic music and the benefits of essential oils.
Duration: 25-35 minutes - STIMULATION:
A stimulating session accompanied by loud, energetic music and strong stimulating aromas, during which the main tasks of the sauna masters is to produce a large amount of steam and strong gusts of wind.
Duration: 10 minutes - FREESTYLE BATTLE:
A spectacular, spontaneous demonstration of the skills of sauna masters, during which they struggle for the recognition of the audience. A duel with towels in which no holds are barred. The sauna masters are forced to face music pieces and compositions of aromas with which they are not familiar. Great fun guaranteed!
Duration: 12 minutes - SHOW:
Scenography, fancy dress, props and beautiful aromas in the air, and above all, a story told in the sauna. This is a performance which combines a steam session with elements of a theatrical performance, that is, a multi-dimensional experience of the highest quality.
Duration: up to 15 minutes - HERBAL:
A comprehensive session which uses the beneficial properties of essential oils in combination with herbs, in which a sauna master uses peeling and beauty masks. Various kinds of concoctions and beverages created during the session affect all the senses of the people in the sauna.
Duration: up to 15 minutes - RELAXATION:
A deeply relaxing ritual which uses incense that relieves your senses, as well as delicate, sensual and relaxing essential oils. Performed to the accompaniment of sounds obtained by means of Tibetan bowls, quiet and relaxing music as well as bursts of heat peacefully distributed in the sauna by a sauna master.
