Malta Thermal Baths and Water Park is a facility that is perfectly adapted to the needs of people with movement disabilities. In every zone, there are facilitations which make taking full advantage of the attractions of the complex possible for everyone despite any physical barriers. In addition to this, this group of guests can also benefit from a special price offer.
- Directly in front of the entrance to the facility, there are 7 appropriately marked parking places for people with disabilities.
- A special locker room "D”, which is divided into male and female sections, is available. The doors to both locker rooms are opened automatically by pressing a push button. The people who are in locker room "D” have lockers, toilets and shower cabins at their disposal, whereby they are fully adapted to their needs.
- Locker room "D" is also provided with wheelchairs which can be used during the stay at Malta Thermal Baths and Water Park.
- Another excellent amenity is a device called the ”Panda”. This is located in the Sports Pool area. This is the only device in Poland, which, by means of an automatic lift, helps a person in need of assistance to be safely taken to the pool.
- The specially constructed paths allow all saunas, including those located outdoors, to be reached in a comfortable manner.
- The majority of pools are provided with rods and handrails to facilitate entry into and exit out of the pools. Entering the premises of Malta Thermal Baths and Water Park and the respective zones is facilitated owing to special gates designed for people with movement disabilities.
- People with disabilities, regardless of their age, are entitled to a reduced-fare ticket issued on the basis of a valid disabled person identification card or certificate along with the identity card. They also receive an additional 30 minutes free to the purchased ticket in each zone of the Complex.
- A free ticket is also granted to the guardians of any disabled child or person with a disability, provided that they have the relevant document that confirms the necessity to provide permanent care to another person.
